Welcome to your home away from home. The house is in the center of town. It has two floors. The hostel is on the second floor.

The host of the hostel is Jirayr Martirosyan, born in 1957, painter. He is a member of the Armenian Painters' Union. His studio is on the ground floor. His wife, Nadejda Levonyan, is a very good cook and housewife. She cooks very delicious Armenian and other foreign countries' meals. His mother, Armenuhi Yacoubyan (retired teacher) is a teacher of English and French languages. His children, Arman and Tigran are students.

The members of the family speak English, French, Turkish, Russian and Armenian. They can organize excursions on foot or by car to get acquainted with historical monuments and many other interesting places.

Guests with pets are welcome.

The hostel has two rooms; one for a dinning room and the second is bedroom for three persons. The second bedroom for three persons is being prepared and soon will be ready. If has all conveniences-a private bathroom, lavatory, cold and hot running water, color TV set, refrigerator and garage.
